Contacting me from outside Poland?

Most of my international work is implementation rather than stage time: AI systems, software, electronics and technology for healthcare, built and delivered with my team.

If that is what you are looking for, start here: AI & Technology Implementation, or go straight to Cybernetics Company.

The talks and workshops below are delivered mainly in Polish, for audiences in Poland. English delivery is possible for selected formats. Write to me with your event details and we will check whether it fits.

How a booking works

Every talk and workshop is built for one specific audience. Nothing here is delivered off the shelf.

  • Brief – you tell me about the event: audience, format, length and date.
  • Needs analysis – a short call with you or your team to agree what people should walk away with.
  • Tailored agenda – examples, live demos and case studies from your sector.
  • The session – working demonstrations, not a slide reading. Participants leave with materials they can use the next morning.

Formats: keynote (45-90 min), power speech (1-2 h), workshop (3-6 h), closed session for a board or management team.

Send the date to petros@psyllos.pl and I will come back with availability and a proposed agenda.

1. A Silicon Workforce: how AI agents already work inside companies (keynote, 45-90 min)

A talk about what AI agents can do today, not a decade from now. On stage I show live how an agent runs research, prepares documents and coordinates with other agents to deliver a result. The audience leaves with a concrete list of use cases they can apply in the first week after the event.

What I cover:

  • What actually changed in AI over the past year and what it means for business.
  • Live demo: an agent completing a real business task on stage.
  • Where agents already pay for themselves: sales, customer service, documents, analysis.
  • How to start without an IT department and without a company-wide revolution.
  • What not to automate, and how to avoid expensive mistakes.

Available for boards, open conferences and industry events. Delivered in Polish; an English version is possible for selected events.

2. AI in One Day - an intensive workshop for busy people (workshop, 3-6h)

For: teams and individuals starting with AI. Outcome: participants use AI in their daily work from the next morning.

No time for long courses, but you know AI is changing the rules? One day is enough to stop watching and start using AI like a professional. Practical, with no unnecessary theory.

What you will learn:

  • How to talk to AI so that it actually listens – the anatomy of an effective prompt.
  • ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini – which model to choose and for what.
  • Research, reports and infographics ready in 15 minutes.
  • Managing your time with AI – calendar, priorities, schedules.
  • First steps with AI agents – delegating complex tasks to an autonomous assistant.

Participants receive a prompt library and a toolkit covering every tool discussed during the day.

3. AI for Leaders - strategy and automation in practice (private workshop, 2-5h)

For: boards and senior management. Outcome: an AI strategy and a shortlist of processes to automate.

Designed for executives. We do not teach tools from scratch – we teach how to think about AI strategically and how to delegate the work that currently consumes your team’s time.

  • AI as the new standard of competitiveness – where your company stands today and where it could be in a year.
  • Delegating tasks to AI: communicating goals precisely and verifying results.
  • Automating operations – administration, recruitment, sales, customer service.
  • Building AI agents that match your organisation – without an IT department.
  • Risk management: data security, GDPR and the limits of what you can feed into AI.
  • A review of AI tools for business with estimated implementation costs.

The agenda is tailored to your organisation and sector after a needs analysis.

4. A Silicon Workforce - agents, assistants and AI councils (workshop, 4-6h)

For: teams past the AI basics. Outcome: a working AI assistant connected to their own working environment.

Chatbots are prehistory. Today AI can be a specialised colleague that knows your business, never sleeps and negotiates with other agents to get the job done. This workshop shows how to build your own workforce of virtual collaborators – without writing a single line of code.

  • Claude Code fundamentals for business use.
  • Building specialised AI assistants – onboarding, sales call analysis, social media content, contract drafts.
  • Connecting assistants to company tools – files, knowledge bases, calendars and external systems through MCP (Model Context Protocol).
  • Claude Cowork in action – a virtual office assistant that reads, edits and creates documents on your computer.
  • Convening a council of AI agents – configuring a team with assigned roles (CEO, Researcher, Writer, Reviewer, Executor).
  • Agents of agents – one agent delegating to another and escalating decisions.

A step up from the “AI in One Day” workshop, or a standalone session for more advanced teams.

5. AI in Communication and Multimedia - a creative day with AI (workshop, 4-6h)

For: marketing, communications and sales teams. Outcome: finished materials and a toolkit to keep working with.

In a single day participants create real materials – from presentations to a video ad – using AI tools that stay with them afterwards.

  • Presentations in minutes – the best tools and how to generate complete decks.
  • Video presentations with your own AI avatar, in any language.
  • Graphics and video ads without a designer or a camera.
  • Automating content production – briefing AI on a weekly content plan and its execution.
  • Generating websites without a developer.
  • An AI-powered inbox – automatic replies, translations and triage.

The workshop ends with a team project: each group builds a complete mini campaign using AI.

6. The Future Is Here: technologies that will reshape your business (power speech, 1-2h)

A forward-looking talk about the technologies that will rebuild markets in the coming years: artificial intelligence and agents, work automation, precision medicine, quantum computing and new energy sources. Less science fiction, more concrete business scenarios and practical guidance on how to prepare.

Optional focus areas: the future of work and automation, business and commerce, security, education, medicine and longevity, energy, transport.

The talk is tailored to the industry and the purpose of the event.

7. AI in Your Industry (industry talk, 1-2h)

A talk built around one specific sector, with case studies from that industry: banking and finance, insurance, manufacturing, healthcare, education, travel and hospitality, marketing and advertising.

We agree the scope together: process automation, AI agents in day-to-day operations, service personalisation, security and regulation, and the impact of AI on work in the sector. I run a needs analysis before the event so the examples speak your company’s language.

8. Other topics on request

The programmes above are the ones most often booked, but every talk and workshop is tailored. I also regularly run sessions on:

  • AI and new technologies for business leaders – how AI changes competitiveness, delegating work to AI, building agents without an IT department, decision-making and strategic planning with AI (workshop, 2-4h).
  • Effective prompt writing – hands-on practice in writing prompts that get the result you actually need, avoiding hallucinations and verifying output (workshop, 2h).
  • AI in creative industries – automating content production: text, image, video and audio (workshop).
  • AI in education – tools for teachers, lecturers and training departments (workshop, approx. 3h).
  • The future of work, longevity and human-technology interfaces – for events looking for a broader, forward-looking perspective.

Have a topic in mind that is not on the list? Tell me what your audience needs and I will prepare a dedicated programme.
